The Crimson Chronicle, a struggling book publisher, gets an unlikely new leader: Bosu, an adorable and determined demon baby. As the 10th boss hired to save the company, Bosu has 24 weeks to win the loyalty of the staff and steer the business toward success so he can keep his job.

Bosu cannot speak yet, but he communicates with a simple, powerful tool: a chubby thumbs that can tilt up or down in response to each staff request.
