TOKENS — A Deckbuilder Roguelike

In TOKENS, you won't find ordinary cards. This deckbuilder roguelike flips the script by using Tokens as your core building blocks. Each Token has a color (red, blue, white, black), and each side displays either a Number (25, 50, 100) or a Symbol (Hand, Heart, Eye). Line up the same Numbers, Symbols, and/or Colors to rack up massive scores and climb the ranks of the Token Club.

Creative synergies unlock endless strategies as you build your deck through two potent artifact types: Arcanes and Effigies. Arcanes are powerful tarot-inspired cards that reward high scores when you meet specific conditions, pushing you toward rare benchmarks. Effigies are magical miniatures that introduce new effects and bend the rules, continually changing how your lines form and how you score.

Meet the Club's founding members: The Dealer, offering a trove of Arcanes, Effigies, and rare Tokens to boost your synergies. The Witch, wielding dark magic that can alter a Token's Color, Number, or Symbol—or make a Token vanish from your grid. The Jeweler, who marks Tokens with gems, unlocking new effects and triggering special reactions.

MISTER MIRAGE, TOKEN CLUB'S LEADER: The mysterious Mister Mirage guides the show, offering the Golden Coin—a precious artifact capable of reversing the result of a play. He also sets the stage with challenging Boss Encounters and treacherous Challenge Cards that test your nerve and push your planning to the limit.

Bend fate to your will. Build toward big scores by lining up identical Numbers, Symbols, or Colors to unleash chain reactions and climb the Token Club ranks. The game rewards sharp timing, smart sacrifices, and inventive use of Arcanes and Effigies. Each run reshapes the board as you explore different combinations and pivot to counter Boss Encounters.
