Battle For The Raise is a Pokémon‑style turn‑based battler wrapped in sharp corporate satire. You ascend the corporate ladder by pummeling managers with argument-based attacks drawn from four styles—Logic, Emotion, Data, and Sarcasm—each with its own strengths and counterplay. Your goal is simple: defeat all managers, win the raise, and climb higher with every victory.

Core Gameplay

Engage in strategic, turn‑based battles where choosing the right argument type against the manager’s defense matters. Between bosses you’ll tackle a set of minigames that grant extra levels, adding variety and extra progression opportunities. Collect and manage items such as coffee, energy drinks, and HR complaint forms to support your climb.

Progression & Prestige

Defeat all managers to earn your raise and unlock the Prestige System. Infinite replayability awaits: each prestige level increases difficulty exponentially, making managers stronger and hits harder. Progress through prestige milestones to gain higher raises and unlock more rewards. Compete globally on leaderboards for the highest prestige, total managers defeated, and total wins, while achievements milestone celebrations recognize your ascent.
