Peasant or Rebel? description
Peasant or Rebel?
Immerse yourself in a chaotic asymmetrical party game for up to 5 players. You choose a side in a whimsical medieval showdown: the Lord, who must root out rebels among the loyal peasants, or the peasants, who must survive and rally the revolt without being unmasked. Will the peasants endure the Lord’s hunt long enough to lead the uprising, or will the Lord stop the revolt before it begins?
Story and goals
You play as a medieval peasant fed up with the Lord’s tyranny. A secret nighttime revolt stalls when a misstep exposes the plan. The revolt won’t start without its leaders—can you stay hidden and alive to seize the moment and guide the uprising?
How to play
As the Lord: Your mission is to find and eliminate Rebels hiding within your loyal Peasants. Watch for nervous tells and tricky moves because Rebels may, well, fart, slip, or try to sprint away. Detect the deception and remove the threat before the revolt gains momentum.
As a Rebel: Your objective is simple: survive and outsmart the Lord. Hide, dodge, and use the world to your advantage. Interact with animals and objects to create chaos and misdirection, but be careful— loud sounds, slips, or encounters with dung and chickens can blow your cover.
