Sunken Seeker description
Sunken Seeker
“Clock’s ticking, 617. Get to work.” Sunken Seeker is a short, first-person underwater horror game. You pilot the rusty, decaying submersible named the Reckoner, venturing into the crushing darkness of the open ocean. Your freedom hinges on debt you cannot ignore—the Day 7 Deadline looms and every salvaged value brings you closer to paying it off.
You are trapped inside a corrosion-worn craft that is constantly failing. The ocean outside is pitch black, and you can only see within the narrow cone of your headlights. To survive, you must navigate by the glow of your limited lighting while the void around you hums with unseen threats.
Your senses are sharpened by a manual radar: scan for salvage signatures and track dangers before they creep or lunges from the dark. The Reckoner’s heavy manipulator arm lets you grab and secure cargo from the wreckage below, but you have no weapons. Your only defense is a Strobe Flash with limited charges. It won’t kill the things in the dark, but it might stun them long enough for a desperate escape—if you don’t waste it.
In this economy-driven nightmare, every credit earned demands a choice. Invest in critical submarine upgrades to make dangerous work easier, or save your earnings to ensure you can cover the massive debt. The Director’s demand is relentless: pay in full by the end of the week, or endure the consequences. Balancing safety and savings is your task, and the stakes grow with each dive.
The depths are not empty. Your sensors pick up movement where there should be none, and the hull groans under pressure while sounds seem to come from outside the vessel. Explore industrial ruins, sunken supply lines, and ancient structures buried beneath the silt. There are things down here that do not appear on standard charts.
Will you clear your debt, or become part of the wreckage? The choice—and the darkness—await.
