Your mission is to survive among the residents who constantly test you with trouble, hidden items, and pure chaos.

Core duties — every day brings a new challenge. Inspect documents, move students in and out, and ensure no one slips into reckless behavior. When persuasion isn’t enough, you’ll switch to tougher, more educational methods to maintain control. This is quick thinking with a firm hand, where discipline is the currency of a calm building.

Repair, clean, survive — the dorm has a life of its own and it resists your authority. Students break furniture, stain walls, and smear chaos across the halls. You must repair damaged rooms, extinguish problems, and patch up the place before management notices—and before the situation spirals beyond your control.

Upgrade the dorm — earn money through proper management and by keeping the dorm standing. Use funds to hire cleaners, repair facilities, and expand the complex to house even more chaos. Each upgrade brings new rooms, more responsibilities, and bigger opportunities to test your leadership.

Multiplayer chaos — run the dorm with friends in cooperative mode. Split responsibilities, debate over student decisions, and perform joint floor inspections. After all, shared messes sometimes forge the strongest teamwork—and a few laughs along the way.
