Your status tracks your prestige as turnover climbs you up the corporate ladder from start-up to mega-corporation.

Core loop

• Buy primary resources and process them in your machines to create a final product. Add value and resell it at a profit.
• There is no resource extraction in FACTO—your challenge is to source inputs, convert them, and monetize the finished goods.

People and production

Your employees are key assets. Assign workers to machines, monitor performance, and, if you wish, adjust salaries. The way you manage your team affects efficiency, morale, and profits. Decide whether to be a good boss or a tougher one as you scale your operations.
