Airport Inspector is a security and management simulation where every decision matters. You play as an airport security inspector responsible for controlling who enters, what passes through, and what consequences follow your choices. Inspect luggage, interrogate passengers, analyze data, and respond to unpredictable events — all while managing your reputation, income, and daily expenses. One misstep can cost money, trust, or much more. Inspect. Decide. Live with the consequences.

Core gameplay

• Passenger Interrogation: Question travelers to uncover hidden or false information. Stress, behavior, and validation influence how much they reveal. Push too hard and risk escalation; trust too easily and face later consequences.
• Luggage Inspection & X-Ray Scanning: Every passenger brings bags with legal and illegal items. Use manual checks and scanners to identify threats, confiscate illegal items, hold items for closer inspection, or let them pass — with each choice affecting reputation and income.
• Data & Computer Systems: Access passenger records, item legality, surveillance feeds, and flight information. Cross-check data, review confiscations, and manage airport systems from a central console.
• Random Events & VIPs: Unexpected moments can appear anytime — VIP arrivals, suspicious behavior, lost items, or security incidents. Adapt quickly or pay the price.

Progression and tools

• Lost & Found: Passengers misplace items around the airport. Locate them manually, deploy drones, or hire staff to automate the process. Simple tasks unlock rewards and improve efficiency.
• Upgrades & Expanding Control: Unlock new mechanics such as inspection rooms, drones, surveillance systems, specialized tools, and support staff. Upgrades appear between shifts and permanently alter gameplay.

Economy and risk

• Income depends on your decisions. Confiscate items for profit, sell them on the market with a hit to reputation, or play by the rules to earn trust.
• End-of-shift expenses and penalties are deducted. Running out of money ends the game.
• Travel expands horizons with larger airports, greater responsibilities, and tougher challenges.

Choices and philosophy

• No right answers: Accepting a criminal may bring future trouble, while rejecting an innocent can invite complaints. Using force can stop an incident or spark a bigger problem.
• Decide how you want to play: take bribes for extra cash with reputational risk, or build relationships and manage resources honestly. Every choice shapes your success, stress levels, and airport flow.

Early Access

Airport Inspector is launching in Early Access. The demo delivers a focused slice of core gameplay, with more mechanics, events, and systems planned after release. Player feedback will influence balance, progression, and future content.
