He smirks behind designer sunglasses. Your wallet is empty. The backyard is blanketed in snow. You decide to turn that snow into cash, and outshine him by building a snow-powered empire.

Neighbor Master is a first-person simulation tycoon where spite fuels profits and snow is currency. Start with a rusty shovel and a dream, and progress to a high-tech operation that dominates the cul-de-sac.

Core Features

• Satisfying terrain deformation: Forget static progress bars. You carve real space with a shovel, digging holes, tunnels, and trenches to harvest snow. The terrain reacts voxel by voxel as you work—mind the drop, and avoid digging a hole you can't climb out of.
• Melt, bottle, profit: Take raw snow to the melting station, watch it turn into crystal clear water, package it into bottles, load crates, and ship. Efficiency and quality matter as you scale your bottled snow empire.
• Co-op entrepreneurship: Team up with up to three friends (four players total) for online co-op. Share roles—digging, melting, logistics—and coordinate your assembly line. Work together to speed profits, safeguard shipments, and enjoy some friendly snow banter while beating your neighbor.
• Drone logistics: Drones replace long trips. Call in a fleet to grab your cargo and deliver cold cash directly into your account. Upgrade drones to handle heavier loads, faster routes, and bigger shipments as you push toward the top of the leaderboard.
• Watch your step: The neighborhood is alive. Traffic flows, pedestrians stroll by, and a local dog might claim your premium snow as his own. Yellow snow is not the real deal—avoid contamination and clean up mishaps before a batch spoils.
• The ultimate flex: The goal is simple but satisfying—earn enough cash to buy a car that dwarfs your neighbor’s Golden Sports Car. Monster Truck, Hypercar, or another over-the-top ride—whatever it is, it must be bigger, better, and more brag-worthy.
