In Bountiful Hunters, players step into the shoes of bounty hunters drawn from different eras, summoned by an unseen force to confront a threat older than history itself. An ancient evil known as The Shroud was banished to purgatory, only to be unleashed again, tearing through timelines. Hunters from every era must unite—or fracture—as they chase this malevolent presence for a price.
Collect, equip, and upgrade a roster of diverse characters, each boasting a distinct play style. As you hunt through the story, you’ll discover powerful items that empower your character to take down enemies quicker, adapt to shifting tactics, and push toward the next objective.
Story Mode
Follow the bounty hunters as they traverse a wide array of locations, aiming to stop The Shroud and save the timeline. Each chapter presents clear objectives, cinematic story cutscenes, and lore that deepens the mystery surrounding the force behind the chaos. Progress unlocks additional characters and new locales, expanding the world you can explore and the strategies you can employ.
Freeplay
Play solo or team up with up to three friends to survive the gauntlet of enemies. Defeat foes and the occasional boss to earn money, which you can spend on additional items for your arsenal. The longer you survive, the tougher the challenge becomes—stay vigilant and adapt your loadout to endure the onslaught.
Arena
Challenge friends to fast-paced, arena-style battles. Fight through short, bite-sized encounters to earn money, then buy upgrades and gear before stepping back into the fray. The winner is the last hunter standing, having outplayed every rival in a brutal test of skill.
Extras & Guests
Dive into the extras to listen to a curated soundtrack, read lore notes, and explore additional content that enriches the world. Guests from different dimensions join the hunt—play as Jeremy from Hypothetimania or Taria Takara from Atomanta, among others who arrive with their own unique abilities and histories.
