Sea Warden description

Sea Warden

Sea Warden is a co‑op survival adventure played on a living island that sails the endless ocean, carried by a colossal sea turtle named Ao. As you voyage, the sea, the wind, and the creatures beneath the waves shift around you, but Ao keeps moving forward through unknown waters. The island is not static—it winds and drifts, revealing new landscapes and challenges as it travels. Your journey is about adapting, staying alive, and finding a way to endure the ever-changing world that rests on Ao’s back.

In this world, you will gather resources, build shelter, and craft tools to survive. Exploration takes you to varied biomes and islands, and you’ll fish the open waters, hunt for supplies, and harvest what the sea and shore offer. Storms, tides, and other dangers test your planning and resilience, so careful shelter construction and resource management become essential. The goal is simple and demanding: endure together, and keep Ao moving toward safer shores.

Cooperation isn’t strictly required to play, but teamwork makes survival dramatically easier. You can coordinate scavenging, share materials, defend against threats, and organize a sustainable camp as Ao glides from one sea to the next. By pooling skills and helping each other, you can build a sturdier home, craft more advanced gear, and better weather the unpredictable moments that arise with each new biome the island drifts into.

Hidden within the voyage are lost animal spirits waiting to be freed. Seek their remains, return them to Ao, and place them in sacred shrines. These offerings restore balance and slowly reshape the world carried on Ao’s back. The more you aid in mending the spirits, the more the living island responds—resources shift, new routes emerge, and the environment gradually changes as you steer Ao toward a steadier future.

Sea Warden invites you to embrace a shifting oceanic journey where cooperation, skill, and yes, a bit of luck, determine how long you can endure on a living path across the sea.
