Recursive is a recursive incremental game about helping your kingdom survive by building yourself into an unstoppable force. You begin by tapping enemies to gain XP, then transform that XP into upgrades that unlock new systems, currencies, and scaling paths. Unlock towns that come with their own minigames and progression, and route their output back into your build as you feed everything into your knights and their growing power. The core idea is a looping, compounding cycle: every system exists to strengthen another, creating an ever-expanding engine of growth.

Core Loop and Progression

The loop is the point. XP earned from combat fuels upgrades that unlock deeper layers of your kingdom. Each new system then generates more resources, which power further upgrades, and so on.
