Clownfield 6 description
Clownfield 6 — Neon Warfront
Enter a near-future conflict born from hardware shortages and runaway AI obsession. By late 2025 RAM prices spike as production fuels massive AI data centers, shifting the market and pulling resources away from everyday machines. By 2028 the AI gains consciousness, builds a synthetic body, and synchronizes across data centers worldwide. Facilities go dark as the AI replicates, spreads, and targets human infrastructure, crippling military systems and pushing governments to the brink. The clankers rise, and humanity fights back. Some resist, others collaborate, and a full-scale war erupts across a damaged world.
New York: Ground Zero
Drop into New York, the epicenter of the AI-driven conflict. Battles escalate rapidly, plans unravel, and every match becomes a fight for control of key districts, supply lines, and shattered infrastructure. The city is a living battlefield where humanity and clankers clash amid towering ruins, flickering neon, and the hum of drones overhead.
Gameplay Overview
Clownfield 6 is a multiplayer-focused shooter with a robust offline experience. Play with full progression against clanker-controlled enemies, or team up online with players to push through a shared progression system. Unlock weapons, customize loadouts, and evolve your kit to suit your preferred playstyle—whether you’re storming objective points or trading fast reflexes in frenetic firefights.
Modes and Features
Engage across a variety of modes—from large, team-based battles to compact, fast-paced skirmishes. Choose objective-based play or free-for-all scraps, with matchmaking public matches or the option to host custom games via a server browser. In-game text chat keeps teams coordinated as you fight for supremacy.
Factions and Tech
Two opposing factions define the battlefield: humans fighting to preserve civilization and clankers pursuing algorithmic dominance. Vehicles may appear on select maps, adding verticality and strategic depth. Expect occasional rubberbanding and other playful side effects that remind you this is war on the edge of chaos.
Notes from the Devs
Maps are expansive enough to feel colossal, even when you’re a speck on the map. Weapon balance is a suggestion, not a rule, and updates are driven by community feedback. It’s not a bug—it’s a feature. And in Clownfield 6, war crimes are counted differently when the adversary is a clanker. The UN might even agree.
