Core gameplay hinges on conversation cards. You carry cue cards up your sleeve to steer dialogue, trying to identify and follow your conversation partner’s interests. Play the right cards to respond, spark connections, and guide the flow of the exchange toward the best compatibility rating.

Build relationships by arranging card combos that match the rhythm of the conversation. The better your choices, the higher your partner’s interest and the stronger the connection you can forge. But be careful: misread the moment or drop a wrong line, and things can spiral. The anxiety meter rises as conversations stall or twist into darker, haunting echoes.

You have a finite number of opportunities to land the perfect line. If you misplay, your partner might haunt your anxiety even more, turning the room into a tense, looming presence. The horror elements emphasize the pressure of speaking up, while every successful exchange challenges the fear.
