BLINDFOLD is an asymmetric cooperative game for two players: one prisoner is blindfolded and must move through a dangerous facility, while the other acts as guide, armed with a map and a live bodycam feed. Communicate by voice to navigate, avoid guards, traps, and lurking threats, and chase down the only thing that matters—finding the exit before the base detects your escape.

Each level introduces fresh dangers, dynamic weather, and new strategic challenges. There is no single path to freedom—several exits exist, but only one will be free to escape. The route must be carved together, as the guide shapes your path with information from the map and real-time observations.

Strategic distractions give the guide the tools to open passageways and create windows of opportunity. Two distractions can be activated during a run, and each can be used only once per attempt, so timing and coordination are essential.

The guide has a full map of the level to plan routes and optimize the escape. The prisoner relies on voice cues to follow the plan, react to evolving threats, and adapt on the fly.

Weather is a dynamic adversary. Rain, snow, and storms change interference levels, complicate communication, and even fog the bodycam, forcing players to periodically wipe the view and recalibrate the strategy.

You are not alone in the clock. A 10-minute window after discovery pressures you to finish before security swarms, but there is no hard countdown to start—your focus is on surviving the moment you begin to move and escaping before the base locks down.

Settings span from the military base—where captives are subdued but bodycams reveal the way—to other atmospheres teased for the future, including dungeons, laboratories, and grand locations above ground. A growing catalog of experiences promises new layouts, traps, and encounters in upcoming updates.
