Coney's description

Coney’s

Step into your very first closing shift at Coney’s Ice Cream, a busy late-night parlor devoted to one thing done right: cones. You’ll take orders from both walk-in and drive-thru customers who are stopping by to unwind after a long day—then it’s on you to keep the shop running smoothly until the doors close.

Your job is a fast-moving loop of serving, prepping, restocking, and cleaning. Build each order exactly how the customer wants it: pick from 3 cone types, add up to 2 scoops from 10 different flavors, and finish it off with any of 10 toppings. Every cone is scooped by you, and speed matters—Coney’s is popular, and hungry customers don’t like to wait.

Luckily, the shop is well supplied. A basement stocked with extra inventory means you can always fulfill orders, and fresh waffle cones are baked daily. Customers love seeing warm cones and fresh ingredients prepared right in front of them, but it’s still your responsibility to stay organized and ensure the station never runs dry.

Once the rush settles, closing duties begin: sweep the floors, wipe tables, clean the bathroom, and handle any final tasks to leave Coney’s spotless for the morning crew. It’s a typical one- or two-employee shift—play solo or invite a friend online to help manage the flow and divide responsibilities.

Between orders, you might sneak in a quick game at the shop’s customer-favorite arcade—just grab a coin and see if you can survive the dreaded third round (preferably after serving everyone first). And while the night can feel busy, it’s never dull: a rotating cast of quirky visitors keeps the atmosphere lively… and you might even meet a dog. Probably.

Presented in a low-res aesthetic, Coney’s blends cozy service work with constant motion, light co-op teamwork, and the simple satisfaction of crafting the perfect cone—then cleaning up before the next day begins.
