Tunnelers description

Tunnelers

Tunnelers is an online co-op horror mining game for up to 5 players, where every descent into the earth is a gamble between profit and survival. Team up, step into the elevator, and push deeper into a network of claustrophobic caverns in search of gold, abandoned gear, and the unsettling mystery waiting at the bottom.

Your main goal is simple: find and extract as much gold as possible to maximize profits. But staying in business means making smart choices with your earnings. Spend your cash on better mining equipment to increase your efficiency—or scavenge upgrades from forgotten underground passageways. Just don’t burn through everything: you’ll need to cover the elevator service fee to continue your descent into the next level of danger.

The tunnels are dark, confusing, and easy to get lost in. Navigation becomes a constant challenge as passageways twist and disappear into the black. Mark where you’ve been to avoid circling back, coordinate routes with your crew, or take matters into your own hands and dig new tunnels when the caves don’t give you a safe way forward.

Exploration isn’t just about mining—there’s work to be done. Recover lost equipment, handle unstable areas, and use explosives to open paths or reach valuable deposits. Every action carries risk, and every sound in the dark can make you question what’s really nearby.

Communication is vital. With proximity voice chat, your voice is another tool—and another liability. Stay close enough to coordinate when things go wrong, but be careful what your panic might draw toward you.

Underground, danger comes from all directions: hazards, traps, unsafe equipment, and far worse things lurking out of sight. One fatal mistake can end a run and force you to restart your descent. In Tunnelers, the deeper you go, the more the mine feels alive—and the more you’ll wonder whether the gold is worth what’s waiting below.
