In every match, players earn resources, deploy a Wavebreaker, and dive into battles that reshape the frontlines as you fight from inside a cockpit and on foot.

Core gameplay puts you in the shoes of a pilot in rapid, pressure-filled VR combat. Run, slide, and wall-run to outmaneuver enemies, capture objectives, and weave weapons and gadgets into high-stakes skirmishes. Earn enough points to call in your own Wavebreaker—a humanoid mech that flips your role and battlefield presence, turning you from hunter into a force multiplier.

Wavefront places pilots and mechs on the same battlefield. Tight indoor arenas favor quick, lethal pilot engagements, while open zones explode into large-scale mech warfare, heavy with firepower and close-quarters clashes. The game is designed for teamwork, where coordinated pilot and mech actions shift the tides of battle.

Game modes offer varied challenges: Tidebreak is an elimination race where every kill accrues points toward a team score, with victory going to the first squad to reach the limit. Zone Control tasks you with capturing and holding key areas as frontlines shift. Tidal Defense is a cooperative mode for up to four players who must survive escalating waves of enemies.

Mechs, or Wavebreakers, are large, physics-driven machines you pilot from within. Your body’s motions drive the suit: swing its arms by moving yours, crouch by ducking, and lean to shift positioning. Every gesture translates into mech motion, so combat feels like an extension of yourself. Choose from distinct mech classes, each altering how you shape the frontline—from heavy armor to elite mobility and advanced systems.

Each mech variant carries its own loadout: a unique primary weapon, a passive ability, left and right-hand abilities (defensive or offensive), and an ultimate ability that amplifies its role. Teamwork is essential—mech abilities shine when coordinated: shield allies under fire, push the frontline together, and chain ultimates to seize vital areas.

Waves of kinetic moments and cinematic set-pieces erupt naturally: pilots sprint between mech legs to dodge danger, grapple across the battlefield for daring takedowns, and clash in tight mecha duels.
