Build and manage facilities that generate essential resources. Each building produces its own output, which can be fed into other facilities to create refined materials or to directly contribute to fulfilling quotas. To run these buildings you assign workers—basic laborers or specialists like scientists—whose presence determines efficiency and output. Smart planning of workforce and machine placement is the key to a productive, resilient block.

Quotas are the heartbeat of the regime. Minimum resource targets appear, change, and grow over time, with tight time windows to meet them. Failing to hit a quota can bring severe consequences, so you must balance ambition with realism. When outright success isn’t possible, some players choose to report falsified inventories or deflect blame to avoid treason, though such choices carry their own risks.
