HAM: The Game description

HAM: The Game

Team up with friends to run an endless, chaotic HAM production line. Start as a small factory and watch the operation spiral into glorious mess as demand climbs and machines flip from prime cut to scrap before you can say “smoked.” Play as either manager or staff and find your balance in the chaos.

Cooperate to survive the escalating pressure: load HAM onto containers, operate conveyor belts, and rush to repair damaged equipment while the clock ticks down. At the end of each day you can vote to replace a manager who’s dragging the team down, turning leadership into a constant, public gamble.

Navigate a shifting factory floor where belts break, hoppers overflow, and delivery vans won’t wait forever. Each day introduces new tools and equipment to master—if you figure out how to use them before everything explodes into a HAM-tastrophe.

Balance speed with safety to protect profits. Wasted containers, damaged goods, and inefficient operations eat into daily earnings, pushing you to optimize processes under growing corporate pressure. The challenge scales with each passing day as you handle more orders across multiple loading bays.

The core thrill is democracy in action: the manager controls hoppers, belts, and communications from their office, while workers handle the physical labor. End-of-shift votes determine whether to keep the manager or promote someone new. Will leadership steer you to glory or get canned and smoked out of the office?

Endless play means the orders never stop. The aim isn’t just victory but endurance—how long can you keep a hog-wild production line from collapsing into a smoky disaster? Every day is a new test of teamwork, wit, and nerve as chaos compounds.
