Barely Alive description

Barely Alive

Hunt. Hide. Betray. Survive. Step into a tense wilderness where 2–10 players face off in unpredictable rounds of survival and sabotage. At the start of each match, one or two players become Hunters armed with a bow and trail cams, while everyone else fights to stay alive until sunrise.

Dynamic Multiplayer Mayhem unfolds as you decide to hunt down opponents or outsmart Hunters by using terrain, tools, and teamwork. Traverse forests, campsites, and hidden hazards as you contend with freezing cold, predators, and hostile rivals who will do anything to survive.

Trust No One is your default mode. Use proximity and radio voice chat to form fragile alliances—or to whisper lies and set traps. Your words and your silence can save you, or seal someone else’s fate. No two rounds are the same, and betrayal can arrive at any moment, often with a last‑second escape that changes the outcome of the match.

Whether you’re working together or turning on your friends, Barely Alive delivers unpredictable, laugh‑filled chaos from start to finish. Your choices shape the game: coordinate a plan, mislead a team, or strike solo to reach shelter before dawn.

Feature Highlights

  • Public & private lobbies: Create or join sessions with up to 10 players, whether you’re roaming with friends or meeting new rivals.
  • Co‑op & PvP: Engage in wild, asymmetric matches where you can choose to survive together or battle for dominance.
  • Voice chat with purpose: Strategize, deceive, and coordinate using proximity chat to stay hidden or to draw others in, plus radio chat to communicate across the forest.
  • Replayable chaos: Procedurally tense rounds ensure that no two games feel the same, delivering fresh challenges every time.
  • Environmental drama: Manage limited light with a torch, navigate oppressive terrain, and use the landscape to gain the upper hand.

In Barely Alive, your fate hinges on quick thinking, careful listening, and the ever-present risk of double‑ crosses. Will you outsmart the Hunters, rally with a fragile alliance, or vanish in the shadows as the sun climbs higher? Every match is a new story of survival, suspicion, and eruptions of chaotic fun.
