Runtalis

Runtalis is a turn-based tactical dungeon crawler that captures the spirit of a tabletop game night. It combines deep grid-based combat with shared problem-solving, where every move feels like a puzzle and every choice carries weight.

Play solo with full party control or team up with up to 5 players in co-op. Plan your build, socket runes, and push your luck through challenging Trials where victory rewards mastery and failure carries a price.

Builds, Runes, and Risk

• Before a run, socket Runes—the powerful, build-defining artifacts that grant passive bonuses and playstyle modifiers. Runes are locked in for the duration of the Trial.
• Rarities span Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. Higher Key levels unlock the most potent modifiers.
• Risk vs. Reward: choose a fast, glass-cannon setup or a sturdier defense-focused build. At higher Key levels, failures can permanently destroy the Runes you used.
• Safe Runs let you scout and practice new builds without risking your rarest Legendary Run es.

Dynamic Enemies and Dungeons

Progress through maps by leveling the Magic Key. Each level brings smarter enemy behaviors, elite spawns, and environmental hazards. At higher levels, enemies gain dynamic affixes—explode-on-death foes, rot trails, and pulls that disrupt your formations. Combat emphasizes tactical positioning: flanking the backline, controlling space, and adapting every turn.

Unique Heroes and Party Play

Choose from distinctive hero classes, each with a specialized skill set that shapes your role and how you interact with the team’s strategy. Co-op scaling supports 1 to 5 players, keeping battles tight and challenging.

Exploration, Trade, and Tactics

Explore shifting, randomized dungeon layouts where memory won’t help you—only smart play will. Scavenge hidden treasures, complete mid-run missions, and trade with mysterious traders to acquire consumables and tools. Use environmental tactics—bottlenecks, traps, and cover—to tilt the odds in your favor.
