Your journey is defined by how you adapt, what you craft, and which paths you unlock along the way.

Fast, adaptive combat

Engage in fast, responsive first-person combat that blends melee and ranged styles. Each biome brings unique enemies and formidable bosses, pushing you to learn their rhythms and exploit weaknesses. As you progress, you unlock the ability to summon biomes of your choice for future runs, tailoring the challenge and rewards to your preferred playstyle. Create Spiritual Weapons and Attack Runes to expand your arsenal and craft potent build combinations that suit your strategy.

Craft, sustain, and survive

Harvest resources and craft weapons, armor, and survival gear. Prepare food and drinks that grant temporary boosts to endurance, speed, or damage—critical boosts when navigating traps and hazards. Everything you find can be sent back to your boat to fuel constructions and new item creation, keeping your mobile workshop growing as you roam the seas.

Four biomes, lasting variety

Explore four distinct biomes, each with its own enemies, traps, items, interactions, and level design. The islands are procedurally generated to deliver coherent yet varied experiences across runs, with new events and hazards appearing on every voyage. Customize your approach by choosing Ascensions and Amulets that modify your abilities and unlock unique perks per run.

Boat-based meta-progression

Your boat is more than a vessel—it is your home and base of operations. Store items, build structures, and expand your crafting capabilities. Collect resources from the world and return them to the boat to unlock advanced constructions and new crafting options. As you upgrade the hull, rigging, and facilities, you empower deeper item creation and longer expeditions, all while advancing toward the gates of Skyrest.
