Camp "Burevestnik" description

Camp "Burevestnik" is a surreal, psychological horror set inside a single August that won’t fade. For Nikita, forty years of insomnia and a memory he can’t escape collide, turning time into a trap he can neither outrun nor ignore. Instead of oblivion, he falls back to the distant past, waking on the harsh roads of August 1982.

The shift drops you onto a dusty bus headed for a Soviet-era summer camp. But Burevestnik is not the cheerful place it once was. The camp greets you with eerie silence—the counselors and director are gone, and the only figure left is the enigmatic caretaker, Yegor Danilych, whose gaze seems to pierce your secrets. A dangerous balance of curiosity and fear pulls you deeper into the camp’s strange hour.

You share this memory with a cast of outcasts: a local bully, a perpetually hungry man, an arrogant beauty, inseparable twins with contrasting natures, and a quiet intellectual. In the distorted world of Burevestnik, their childhood vices and fears take on monstrous forms. The beauty becomes a soulless mannequin, the greedy man is punished with a beastly shape, and those who cannot hide before lights out drift into darkness.

The mystery intertwines ordinary Soviet life with a nightmare you must survive. Why did the beauty lose her soul, why is the greedy man cursed, and where do the ones who vanish end up? To break the time loop and return home, you must engage in a dangerous game with Danilych, answer his riddles, and seek items that can restore your comrades’ humanity.

Progress hinges on choice and consequence. Every misstep resets you to the beginning of your shift, forcing you to weigh risk against salvation. In this fractured camp, saving others may be the only way to save yourself—and every decision reverberates through memory, altering what you remember and what you can become.

Immerse yourself in a tense, dreamlike atmosphere where the line between childhood nostalgia and nightmare blurs. The past aches to be understood, and the only way out is to outwit the caretaker, mend the broken humanity of your fellow campers, and uncover the truth of that distant August.

Welcome to Burevestnik. Your final shift begins now.
