The Garden of Garden Gnome

The Garden of Garden Gnome is a deck-building roguelike where you cultivate living plants to power your battles. You guide Ceares, wielding the magical Garden of the Gnome, through procedurally generated dungeons and grow plant cards within plots to shape your combat abilities.

• plant cards progress through Seed → Sprout → Mature, with each stage unlocking stronger effects. Balanced care matters—moderate water and fertilizer support growth, but overfeeding slows progress and increases disease risk. Growing plants from the same family in a single plot triggers crop-rotation issues, slowing growth and inviting illness.
• engage in turn-based card battles that blend deck construction with tactical positioning on isometric maps and hex-based combat. Use a diverse set of cards, from deployable field effects to persistent buffs, to outsmart tougher foes.
• at rest nodes you can recover health, but you can also spend time cultivating. Watering and fertilizing consumes time and reduces recovery, forcing hard choices: cultivate or rest?
