In Immunica, you are the immune system facing an onslaught of pathogens. Your health drains with every breach, but you control the battle from inside your body. No clicking is required—simply move and position. Your weapons automate, tearing through waves of invaders as you focus on survival.

• Active Survival + Idle Progression: The core gameplay blends precise cursor control with automatic weaponry. Hover over enemies to deal damage; your cursor is the primary weapon. Missiles lock on, beams fire, drones orbit, and burst pulses detonate around you while you steer the fight.

• 4 Weapon Systems: Burst for wide AOE pulses centered on your cursor, Missiles that home in on targets, a high-damage Beam for focused destruction, and Drones that orbit to intercept threats.

• Fever Mode: Chain kills to fill the Fever meter. When activated, you unleash devastating power—up to +500% damage across 5 escalating tiers. The more you kill, the stronger you become.

• 40+ Pathogen Species: Face eight pathogen types across multiple tiers. From tiny Prions to massive Helminths, each species has unique behavior. Every pathogen evolves in three levels—Normal, Mutant, and Alpha—bringing tougher foes and bigger rewards.

• Research Lab & Offline Progression: Between breaches, run your own lab. Collect pathogen samples, assign them to scientists, hire interns and researchers, and watch progress continue offline for up to 8 hours. The goal is to accumulate Vaccine Data to complete the cure.

• Deep Upgrade System: Over 200 upgrades across multiple categories. Improve cursor damage, fire rate, and critical chance. Unlock weapon systems and boost their power. Strengthen core health and damage resistance—every protein spent makes you permanently stronger.

• Breach Modifiers: Each run randomizes 1–3 modifiers from 30 possibilities—Buffs that boost power, Nerfs that raise difficulty with bonus rewards, and Weird effects that flip gameplay in surprising ways.
