SISTER LACE

SISTER LACE is a first‑person narrative survival game set on an elite academic campus where students live alongside a Sister, a female humanoid robot designed to assist and guide them. One night, a mysterious virus corrupts the Sisters, turning pristine student life into a waking nightmare. In the demo, you follow Ronan, a student who witnesses the quarantine begin and the collapse of the protective system. The campus is divided into four zones—classrooms, administration, sports facilities, and dormitories—each connected by a monorail, the only safe way to travel during the quarantine.

As you play, you must move carefully, avoid detection, scavenge for resources, and find a way to survive and escape before it’s too late.

• The Campus: Explore classrooms, dormitories, sports facilities, and administration, all linked by a monorail—the safe route during the quarantine.
• Memorable Enemies: Each area is guarded by a Sister Alpha, with variants that feature unique behaviors, routines, and personalities that evolve throughout the full game.
• Solo Development: SISTER LACE is crafted entirely by a single developer, handling programming, 3D modeling, animation, narrative design, sound, and art direction to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Development Roadmap & Demo: The January 2026 demo centers Ronan’s introductory story, covers classrooms, administration, and dormitories, and introduces the first encounter with corrupted Sisters, while hinting at future events like a concert and an escape sequence.
• Voices & Atmosphere: The demo uses AI-generated voices as a temporary solution for quick presentation; final performances will be by voice actors, with AI voices offered as an optional setting.
