• Grid battlefield: The battlefield is divided into zones where units must be placed. Infantry, cavalry, firearms, dragon cavalry, and artillery each occupy distinct spaces, creating tactical synergies and counterplay opportunities.
• Strategic depth: There is no single best approach. Victory depends on reading the opponent, adapting plans, and leveraging the chosen progression levels to exploit openings on the grid.
• Deck and army synergy: Your generals, their decks, and the upgrade path you choose shape not only your draws but also how you deploy and upgrade your forces on the field.
