栖霞日记 is a distinctive visual novel inspired by Hangzhou’s food culture. You step into the shoes of Sheng Sheng, the living embodiment of Dingsheng Cake, a first‑year art student at Yunqi University. Through Sheng Sheng’s eyes, the city’s lakeside charm and the lively campus come alive in a warm, everyday story with a subtle, ongoing mystery.

Setting & Cast

Move into the old Qixia Apartment on the shore of West Lake, where co‑living with three distinctive roommates sparks daily laughter, shared meals, and heartfelt talks. Each roommate is inspired by a famous Hangzhou dish, bringing a unique flavor to the household:

• Su Hupo — a fiery, athletic take on Dongpo Pork.
• Long Siyue — a razor‑tongued, logic‑driven mind behind Longjing Shrimp.
• A Chuan — a gentle, reliable elder sister figure, channeling Pian’er Chuan Noodles.

Together, they fill the rooms with laughter, late-night chats, and shared meals that blend friendship with the flavors of Hangzhou.

The game blends fresh‑man campus life with richly drawn Hangzhou scenery, local cuisine, and cultural tidbits. Beneath the cozy surface lies a quietly unfolding mystery surrounding Qixia Lodge, hinted at by late‑night events and subtle clues that invite curiosity and wonder.
