Turn On the Light — And Face It. Turn It Off — And Pray. Don’t Turn Off the Light is a tense 5‑player asymmetrical horror game where one player controls the fear itself: the demon. Four survivors must band together to stay alive as darkness closes in.

The game is built around a relentless chase with no safe zones and no scripted events. All tension comes from light, darkness, and the moment of control being ripped away. The demon hunts you, and survival hinges on your wits and teamwork.

Core mechanics:

• 1v4 asymmetrical play — one demon versus four survivors.
• Light-based visibility — the demon can be seen only when light reveals it.
• First‑person possession — the demon overtakes survivors directly, and the attack is shown from the inside.
• Psychological horror — fear comes from uncertainty, not jumpscares.

As the demon, you don’t just kill — you possess. Each possession makes the match more dangerous and personal, forcing players to confront their worst fears from a new perspective. The demon waits for mistakes, for the darkness to split the group, or for someone to be alone.

As survivors, your best chance lies in staying in the light, working together, and crafting a weapon you’ll need to push back. This weapon is your only chance to resist—the moment you miss the shot, you risk becoming the next possessed body. Build piece by piece during the match, and use every opportunity to outsmart the demon before you’re taken one by one.
