Marblebuilds is a creative 2D sandbox where you design marble races, contraptions, and logic-driven machines on an unlimited canvas. Hit play, watch marbles roll, bounce, explode, teleport, and interact with the systems you’ve built. It’s about experimentation, iteration, and bringing your ideas to life.

Three Ways to Play

• Sandbox: Build without limits on an endless grid. Race marbles, track finish times, and freely explore your creations.
• Puzzle: Place a limited set of blocks to guide marbles to every star. From quick placements to engineering challenges, you can create and share your own puzzles or try ones from the community.
• Platformer: Take control of marbles directly. Collect all stars to finish, switch between marbles mid-run, and use one marble as a launcher for another.

Build, Script, and Experiment

Use 120+ blocks to shape tracks, control motion, and create dynamic systems. The game supports advanced features such as block movers and pistons, conveyors, and circuits that keep blocks and marbles connected as the action unfolds. Create moving platforms, diagonal motion, and self‑reconfiguring tracks with ease.

Dynamic Physics and Interactions

Blocks transform how marbles move: boosters, springs, bumpers, spinners, gravity and anti-gravity blocks, portals that retain momentum, breakable paths, and explosive effects. Change marble size with enlarger/shrinker blocks, route by color, and trigger area forces with the Blower family. Build complex interactions that respond to your circuits in real time.

Logic, Circuits, and Control

For deeper control, a digital logic system lets marbles interact with powered blocks. Use power wires, logic gates, timers, delays, and Memcells (T-flip-flops). Add marble-triggered inputs, such as buttons and observers, and connect them to trapdoors, launchers, music, or entire sections of your build. You can keep things simple or construct machines as intricate as a computer, including binary adders and sorting systems.

Track Comes Alive

New builder blocks let circuits change the world: rotators, state cyclers, placers/destroyers, and a suite of circuit-driven effects like zoom, camera redirection, gravity flips, and speed controls. Create dramatic moments, cutscenes, or time-slow sequences that respond to circuit signals.

Style, Color, and Community

Decorative and nature-themed blocks let you customize visuals: color-tunable blocks, signs, grass, logs, leaves, rocks, and marble color changers. Save your creations locally, publish them to a growing community, browse others’ tracks, and compete on async leaderboards by submitting your best race times.
