Cash the Corpse description
Cash the Corpse
Cash the Corpse is a 1-4 player co-op tower defense game about making bad decisions in very bad places. You and your crew enter zombie-infested zones at night, where your job is simple yet brutal: survive the waves, harvest usable organs from dead zombies, and sell them for cash. Each night has a mandatory money quota to reach; miss it and things take a turn for the worse.
Bodies don’t stay fresh for long. As time passes, organs lose quality and value. If you want the good stuff, you’ll need the right tools, fast hands, and teammates who don’t panic when everything starts falling apart. The game blends goofy visuals with exaggerated animations, merging dark humor with chaotic co-op action. It’s gross, a little stupid, and clearly made with a wink.
Core gameplay
- Co-op tower defense focused on teamwork and panic management.
- Harvest organs from dead zombies and sell them for profit.
- Bodies decay over time, so speed and coordination matter.
- Tools that help you extract higher-quality organs for bigger payouts.
- Nightly money goals create constant pressure and tense decisions.
- Goofy graphics and intentionally dumb animations enhance the chaotic mood.
How it plays
Plan quickly, split tasks, and adapt on the fly as waves surge. Some teammates specialize in harvesting, others in deploying defensive setups, and a third player tracks earnings to push the night’s quota. Expect tight timing, sudden setbacks, and moments where a perfect harvest hinges on calm under pressure—and a little luck with the decaying zombies.
Visuals and tone
The game embraces goofy visuals and oversized animations to pair with dark humor. It’s deliberately grotesque and humorous, turning a grim premise into a frenetic, arcade-like co-op experience.
Development status
Cash the Corpse is early in development. Expect unfinished features, rough edges, and things that may change. The project exists to share progress, gather feedback, and grow with player input. More updates are planned, refining mechanics, balance, and visuals as development continues.
