WIRED TOKYO 2007 description
WIRED TOKYO
Climbing is only the start. Set high above a surreal Tokyo skyline, WIRED TOKYO invites you to dive into the past as you push toward the future. Unlock new costumes to gain unique abilities, and discover that even within the same stage, different actions carve distinct routes. Progress isn’t a simple ascent—intentionally dropping from higher points opens paths that were previously out of reach. To move forward, you may need to look backward. Falling isn’t a failure; it’s the beginning of a new strategy. In this 3D vertical action game, going back has real meaning and consequence.
Experience one vast, fully immersive vertical stage where movement and exploration unfold in three dimensions. Real-time costume changes modify your abilities on the fly, and all costumes are optional—you can clear the game from the initial state if you choose. The game encourages reverse exploration through deliberate falls, turning setbacks into fresh routes and discoveries. The experience is framed by a time-themed narrative that unfolds within Tokyo’s distinctive atmosphere, anchored in the year 2007.
In Akihabara, 2007, a girl working at a maid café notices a strange structure floating above the city. Driven by curiosity, she begins climbing toward the unknown. The story asks: could looking back at the past alter what comes next? As you ascend, you’ll confront this question—each return, every re-approach reveals new possibilities and echoes of a future reshaped by memory.
Normal Ending: approximately 3–4 hours. True Ending: roughly 6–8 hours. The journey rewards persistent exploration, inventive routes, and thoughtful use of costume abilities as you weave through the city’s vertical labyrinth.
