GONE DIGGING description

Welcome to Gone Digging, a tense 1–4 player online co‑op digging thriller and simulation. Each morning begins the same: a shovel, a cave, a deadline. You and your teammates must mine valuable loot during daylight to appease a hungry, malevolent force before nightfall. If you fail to offer enough, the entity grows hungry—and something primal comes looking for you.

Dig deep into unstable caves filled with glittering ore and unsettling discoveries. Work together to maximize your haul or split up to cover more ground. The day/night cycle drives pressure as the sun crawls toward dusk, and every decision matters.

Sell discoveries to a roaming merchant to earn money. Use the coin to upgrade tools, dig faster, and reach deeper zones. Each depth unlocks riskier layers and richer rewards, with new hazards waiting in the darker corners.

Night brings a brutal choice: sacrifice rare loot for safety or risk punishment for greed. The entity’s satisfaction dictates how hostile the caves become: monsters emerge, doors lock, and cooperation frays into desperation. Run, hide, or fight to see the next sunrise.

Key features include: 1–4 player online co‑op, risk vs reward loot economy, tool upgrades and progression, day/night survival, horror and tension‑driven fear, and replayable sessions with escalating danger.

Single‑player demo is available for those who want a taste before joining a crew. The game invites you to decide whether you dig for profit or dig your own grave, with every run offering new loot, new caves, and new ways the night can turn against you.

The loot economy tempts you to push further: rare artifacts fetch high prices, but hoarding or mishandling them invites penalties and stronger responses from the entity. Greed can make nightfall brutally unforgiving, while prudent sacrifice buys precious safety. Balance risk, reward, and resource management to stay in the light.

Replayable by design: every expedition reshapes the caves, unlocks deeper layers, and scales danger. A tense soundscape, flickering lights, and escalating threats keep replay sessions fresh as you test strategies, clash with the entity, and chase the next sunrise. Will you master digging, or become a permanent casualty of the depths?

Modes and accessibility: supports online co‑op for up to four players, with options for online matchmaking or private sessions. A single‑player demo is available to try core systems before committing. If you’re drawn to high‑stakes teamwork and survival horror, Gone Digging offers a brutal, rewarding challenge that tests cooperation, timing, and nerve as you tunnel toward the unknown.

Fans of cooperative strategy and survival horror will find a rich playground where cooperation, timing, and nerve decide who survives to see the dawn.
