Core gameplay

Gravelight centers on fast, melee-driven combat with smooth, responsive hits and satisfying knockback to keep you moving through fights. Spells exist, but they are rare and devastating, demanding precise timing and resource management. Mana is earned through sustained melee pressure rather than passive regeneration, making every cast a consequential choice.

Elemental crystals unlock powerful abilities and upgrades. These crystals let you tailor your playstyle, enabling meaningful decisions in high-stakes encounters—whether you favor aggressive, crowd-controlling, or mobility-focused builds.

World and Reality

Explore an open world scarred by collapse, secrets, and supernatural events. You can traverse two realities—the real world and the forbidden Shadowworld—each offering its own dangers, resources, and truths that shape how you approach exploration and survival.

Your Shadowworld village acts as your anchor: a place to grow, upgrade, and restore hope piece by piece as you uncover the story behind the crystal, the rune, and the destined ruler who could undo everything.
