Into the Haunted Land is a cooperative horror exploration game for 1–4 players. A mysterious ritual has turned an entire island into a haunted realm, and you are sent by a secret Guild to venture into ruined sites, recover valuable and cursed items, and meet strict quotas within a limited window of days.

What you do

• Team up to explore haunted locations, uncover hidden histories, and gather loot from cursed ruins.
• Search for valuable items while also collecting cursed artifacts that carry great power—and great risk.
• Safely extract relics and deliver them to your Guild before the deadline passes.

Survival and strategy

• Environment provides hiding spots to evade unpredictable monsters and tense encounters.
• Monsters react to sound, movement, and player mistakes, making stealth and teamwork essential.
• Combat is limited; escaping, hiding, and coordinated cooperation are often the smarter choices.

Cursed items and risk

• Cursed items are powerful and valuable but dangerous to carry: they can slow you, drain stamina, distort perception, or trigger strange events.
• Curses are difficult to remove, forcing players to adapt on the fly and rethink who carries what and when to retreat.

Cooperation and progression

• Play solo or online with up to four players, coordinating roles such as scouting, loot carrying, and risk management.
• Earn money to purchase tools and equipment for future expeditions, improving your chances on harder runs.
• Quotas rise and environments become more hostile, increasing difficulty as you prove your value to the Guild.

Experience

As you progress, you uncover the forgotten stories behind the ruins and piece together what happened on the island. Deciding what to take, who carries it, and when to retreat are critical choices that shape your survival and your standing with the Guild.
