In Summit Smash, climbers push toward the summit while time stacks against you. This is a strategic, card-driven defense game: you shape the mountain’s fate by playing disaster and weather cards to stall and disrupt advancing expeditions before they reach peak peril.

Each turn you must choose wisely which cards to deploy from your special deck. Weather shifts, avalanches, rockfalls, gusts of wind and other hazards appear as you play, creating chain reactions that can slow several routes at once. Your objective is to stop every climber, while carving out points from defeated rivals. Skulls earned by eliminating climbers are your score—and the primary key to unlocking tougher challenges and new mountains.

As you rise in rank, you unlock powerful abilities that enhance your defense and card play. These abilities might improve storm control, amplify the impact of disasters, or give you more efficient ways to clear climbers from multiple lanes. The better you balance offense and defense, the higher your final score and the more mountains you unlock.

Summit Smash features four mountains, each with four distinct challenges. With every ascent, climbers encounter fresh twists that test your tactics. They warm up in tea houses, ride helicopters, or find luck with prayer wheels—seasonal helpers that give the climbers an edge and force you to adapt. The Himalayas-inspired stages encourage clever deck-building and rapid adjustments to changing conditions.

Hazards never sleep. Some climbers perish in avalanches; others stall under brutal blizzards. A lurking Yetti adds a menacing counterforce, challenging your timing and resource use. You must anticipate shifts in the flow of climbers, respond to each new level, and keep the summit out of reach for as long as possible.
