Story & Setting

In Varrengard, the world does not end—it repeats. Every 100 years, the Starless Doors open at Harrowgate Moors, unleashing the Voidborn Host beneath a suffocating Gloamveil. To break the cycle, a ritual sacrifices a soul to forge a weapon that can suffer forever. You awaken as the Oathbound Champion, trapped inside armor forged by Thyron Anvilsaint; the armor cannot be removed and it is not empty. Inside, the Iron Choir speaks—prayers, screams, rage, and memories—that respond to the world and your choices. Follow a grim pilgrimage across ruined villages, drowned mines, cursed fortresses, and sacred cathedrals, while a revived priest travels his own final journey to discover if his daughter still lives. At the end, the truth awaits, and the final enemy is not a monster.
