REMOTE CONTROL description
REMOTE CONTROL
Communications aboard The Pelican have gone silent. Before disappearing, the crew sent one final message: “It worked.” The Plutus Corporation demands answers. In this sci‑fi horror typing adventure, you are a Remote Proxy Handler. You don’t pilot the ship or fire weapons—you control human proxies by typing commands from your desk. You decide where they go, what risks they take, and how far you’re willing to push them to complete your task. Your proxies won’t move unless you tell them to.
You’ll begin with a lean set of commands and expand your toolkit as you explore. Type to send your agents to locations, search for clues, and unlock new parts of the ship. Progress hinges on your choices and timing, not on reflexes or firepower.
The mission centers on gathering data and piecing together the crew’s collapse through scattered evidence, personal logs, and hidden records. Signs of blackmail, betrayal, and corporate greed surface alongside something stranger that has found a new home aboard The Pelican. The deeper you go, the more the ship seems to respond to your presence, bending its systems to whisper back.
Key mechanics and stakes: • You manage up to twelve proxies, each with distinct likes and fears that shape how you approach danger and opportunity. • Proxies act only when you authorize them—your words are the bridge between inquiry and action. • When paths are blocked, you must choose: push through risk to advance, or seek a safer route that preserves the team but delays discovery. • Death is permanent. Every decision matters, every proxy counts, and loss compounds as you uncover the mystery.
You’ll uncover not just a data-retrieval job but a story of corporate power gone awry, swallowed by an unknown presence that has taken root on board. The Pelican’s corridors hold answers, but your most critical tool is your own judgment: how far will you push your proxies, and how deeply will you delve into a mystery that bends back on you as you pull its threads?
