It’s a faithful first-person recreation of Sodor and its railway life, built with the power of Train Sim World, Unreal Engine and Simugraph for realism and accessibility. The experience blends cinematic storytelling with hands-on train operation, letting you feel the power of the locomotive, hear the whistle, and control the throttle.

Wonders of Sodor presents classic and original tales inspired by the Railway Series and TV shows, now told in interactive narratives. The game features eight stories, including Thomas & Gordon, Thomas & Bertie’s Great Race, Percy’s Troublesome Day, and more, all narrated by the legendary Mark Moraghan for immersive storytelling. Eight stories unfold across a day on the Island, delivering moments of drama, humor, and friendship among the engines.

Explore familiar locations such as Tidmouth Sheds, Knapford Station, and the Windmills while seeing Sodor come alive with sights, sounds, and the bustling engine schedules you’ve come to love. You can even ride as a passenger and watch the daily operations unfold around you. The locations are authentically recreated—from Tidmouth's bustling sheds to wind-swept countryside around the Windmills.

There are four ways to play:

• Stories – A selection of character-focused narratives based on original tales.
• Mini Game – Master the Shunting Challenge and test your rail skills.
• Timetable – Run trains on normal days, following the real schedule along the line.
• Free Roam – Place trains and create your own railway moments with complete freedom.

While exploring, search for hidden collectables and interact with the operating railway as engines run across the island doing daily tasks. Experience the North Western Main Line from Knapford to Vicarstown or travel Thomas’s branch line from Tidmouth to Ffarquhar, including stops like Gordon’s Hill and Tidmouth Sheds. Hidden collectables reward careful exploration and small discoveries.
