Go 4 Below

Go 4 Below is a cooperative extraction roguelike where every run is a gamble and every mistake becomes a story. You and your crew descend into shifting underground ruins of lost civilizations, chasing ancient relics, priceless artifacts, and forbidden treasures—then race the clock to extract before everything collapses, or the environment seals you out forever. The deeper you descend, the more the ruins warp, twisting corridors, collapsing floors, and surprises you could never anticipate.

Your team moves as active ragdolls—pull, drag, carry, and scramble through hazards with physics-driven movement that turns every misstep into a moment of chaos and laughter. The physics engine makes grapples, slips, and launches feel visceral and unpredictable, forcing you to adapt your plans on the fly while your team coordinates to keep everyone on their feet.

As you descend, the ruins become stranger: deadly traps, unstable walkways, and artifacts that hum with otherworldly energy. Some paths shimmer, others collapse, and a misjudged jump can send you tumbling into a void. Each expedition reshapes the layout, so no two runs are alike and every choice carries real weight.

The artifacts you recover are valuable, but the quota—your extraction objective—does not care about legends or stories. You must decide what to carry, what to leave behind, and how to split the loot among your team while balancing risk, time, and the dwindling resources that keep you alive.

Co-op play is essential: work together to navigate hazards, manage cargo, and coordinate actions as the environment shifts around you. Clear communication and mutual trust are the difference between a triumphant escape and a crew lost to the ruins.

Each attempt is a tense countdown: the clock ticks, the ruins rearrange themselves, and the gravity of every decision grows heavier. If you escape with relics and forbidden treasures, you write another story for your crew. If not, you join the legend—and perhaps the next expedition will learn from your fate.

Will you escape with the relics—or become part of the ruins?
