In a sterile psychiatric clinic, you step into the role of Doctor Adams to perform daily rounds in Ward No. 6. Time is frozen in an endless loop, and every step you take echoes through the quiet, clinical halls. Behind the routine of medical care, something else waits—shifting, elusive, and deadly.

After each shift, a report awaits you. Yet with every new day, the lines in that report change, revealing what was meant to remain forgotten. Do not ignore details—small discrepancies can alter the path you tread and redefine what you remember.

Your goal is to find an exit while navigating a corridor that never truly changes—unless it does. If the surroundings appear unchanged, press forward. If you sense the cycle has been broken, return to the office immediately and reassess.
