Step into the role of the Spheronoid, a research probe exploring a living, unsanctioned corner of a computational system. Life unfolds here as fractaloids—each growing from a seed into intricate, geometric forms: branching crowns, spirals, lattices, and asymmetric corals. Your mission is to collect these seeds and understand how infinite complexity arises from a single rule. To reveal the code, you must dismantle the tree—destruction is the only way, but the system fights back with precision geometry.

Fractaloid Attacks! is a physics arcade that blends breakout, pinball, and dungeon exploration. Launch the ball through branching cave labyrinths, chaining ricochets to boost your score. Each crystal destroyed in a sequence grows the payoff, and shattered branches drop seeds, extra lives, and upgrades you can grab mid-flight. Real-time water rises, submerging checkpoints and warping bounce physics; if the Spheronoid is swallowed by the flood, your run ends.

Enemies come alive as you push deeper: wall-crawling spiders, leaping beetles that spit goo, alien orbs with laser eyes, swarms of birds that steal your harvest, and bees bursting from destroyed nodes. The challenge evolves with a technology tree that unlocks 16+ abilities—gravity holes, orbiting satellites, mitosis clones, tractor beams—and a growing arsenal to outwit the fractaloids.

Expect 50+ handcrafted levels (full release), each introducing new geometric traps: teleport portals, snowflake freeze spheres, and chain calcification where a single shattered crystal locks the living tree into a permanent stone wall. You can play methodically to clear every cave or chase maximum combo depth—the system rewards both approaches.
