Ratfall description

RATFALL

In RATFALL, you and other players plunge into a nightmare built from rusted pipes, broken valves, spinning blades, crushing machinery, and toxic sludge. The only rule is simple: keep falling, keep moving, and don’t die. Only one rat will make it out alive.

Each match drops you into a vertical descent through filthy, claustrophobic sewer tunnels packed with danger. You’ll fall through narrow pipe shafts, flooded chambers, rusty maintenance tunnels, and industrial trap zones as the depth increases and the risks multiply. The deeper you go, the deadlier it gets. Survival hinges on timing, precise movement, and razor-sharp reflexes—one mistake can end your run in an instant.

What you’ll encounter

  • Narrow pipe shafts
  • Flooded chambers
  • Rusty maintenance tunnels
  • Industrial trap zones

Hazards to outwit

  • Crushing pistons
  • Rotating saws
  • Steam vents and sudden pressure blasts
  • Spikes, grinders, and broken machinery
  • Collapsing platforms and sudden drops

This is not a cozy co-op adventure. You fall alongside other rats and do whatever it takes to survive longer than everyone else. Push past rivals, bait them into traps, or stay calm while the others panic. Only one rat will triumph when the descent ends.

Gameplay and feel

RATFALL blends gritty pixel-art visuals with a thick, hostile atmosphere, delivering a sewer aesthetic that feels alive and dangerous. The environments are dark and moody, yet the hazards remain clearly readable, ensuring fast, satisfying action. Movement is tight and responsive, so you can chain falls, dodges, and quick sprints with confidence as you thread through a gauntlet of metal and sludge.

Every run tests your ability to read the terrain, time your slips, and react in the split second between danger and a fatal misstep. The pace escalates as you descend, rewarding boldness and precision while punishing hesitation. In RATFALL, skillful control and nerve are as vital as luck, and the ultimate win goes to the rat who keeps falling longest and fights smartest.
