Blades of Fire is a dark fantasy adventure where a single idea drives every decision: Steel is Destiny. You are Aran de Lira, the last warrior who can forge true steel in a world where metal turns to stone. This journey is not about hoarding weapons but about forging them through intent, sacrifice, and consequence, and surviving long enough to master their weight.

Forge steel, shape fate. The forging system is not crafting—it's commitment. Weapons are forged at the anvil through deliberate choices that permanently define their behavior, balance, and purpose. There is no endless loot or disposable gear. Each blade reflects the materials you chose, the enemies you prepare to face, and the kind of warrior you decide to become, because steel remembers.

Combat is deliberate, grounded, and lethal. Timing, spacing, stamina, and defense matter more than aggression. Enemies punish recklessness and reward observation. Weapon choice is tactical, not cosmetic—you do not overpower foes; you outlast them.

The world rewards curiosity. Adso, a young mindscholar companion, carries history, myths, and meaning in dialogue and reading rather than cutscenes. Much is learned by inquiry, and the world reveals itself only to those who ask.

Blades of Fire is built for players who seek mastery: deliberate pacing, meaningful progression, and difficulty rooted in understanding rather than reflex. Power is earned at the anvil.

Version 2.0 – content and improvements

The Steam release (and all platforms) updates the game with major enhancements and new features, alongside the Adventurer Pack, Artbook, and Óscar Araujo’s award-winning original soundtrack.
