Rusty Vein is a project-based action game created as a graduation work at ChungKang College of Cultural Industries. At its core is Rain, who wears the Metal Gauntlet of Lightning and Flame, known as “Rusty Vein.” This gauntlet unleashes powerful lightning and fire, delivering flashy, stylish combat that rewards precise timing and situational judgment.

The game unfolds inside a once-peaceful steampunk castle where harmony between villagers and machines gave way to tragedy. A mysterious doll legion overran the fortress, turning the town into a battlefield steeped in blood and fear. Your objective is clear: reclaim the castle and restore the balance that once protected the people and their mechanical guardians.

Central to the mystery is Safi, a mysterious girl who controls the wandering doll legions through the castle’s corridors. Safi moves between gears and halls, collecting the bodies created by battles between the legion and the town’s soldiers and transporting them to an unknown location. Her true identity remains elusive, and uncovering it becomes a pivotal thread of the journey.

Gameplay blends high-velocity combat with strategic decision-making. The Rusty Vein gauntlet offers a spectrum of elemental actions—lightning and flame—that can be chained into stellar combos. Players must read each encounter, exploit openings, and execute precise strikes to gain the upper hand.
