You play as an employee of a deep web organization known as The Black Vault. While on vacation, a call arrives about a major data leak tied to the company you have been investigating. Your mission is to decrypt the compromised database and recover valuable information, but the path is treacherous. Dark web factions, relentless hackers, and anonymous operatives are determined to bury the truth forever, and you must navigate the shadows to uncover what lies beneath.

The game is split into two intertwined modes that test different skills. In the 3D portion you freely walk through a tense, hostile environment, facing escalating threats as you move between rooms, secure corridors, and hidden nodes. In the 2D portion you switch to a precise hacking interface to decrypt data, breach servers, and extract crucial files. The experience blends stealth, combat, and brainwork as you switch between physical navigation and digital intrusion.

Threats adapt to your play style in real time. If you’re spotted, patrols increase and search patterns shift. Repeating the same route triggers ambushes engineered to cut you off. The more you play, the smarter the AI becomes, pushing you toward more careful planning, tighter timing, and smarter decision making.

Throughout the night you’ll tackle a series of challenges to complete your mission. Break into secured rooms to download data from remaining computers, hack websites to fetch secret files, and reach out to other Dark Web users through forums or private messages to gather crucial leads. Use ACoins, the in-game cryptocurrency, to trade for different items or accounts that can aid your progress.
