Born with extraordinary powers, you leverage your abilities into content and rise as a popular influencer. When you join the Victory League, you must earn the team’s trust, defend the city, and prove you’re worthy beyond your follower count. The league can’t seem to stop accidentally destroying city property, and many citizens suspect you were added to boost approval rather than to wield real power. This is your chance to decide who you are—hero, influencer, or something in between.

• Character creation: Play as male, female, or non-binary; orientation options include gay, straight, bi, or asexual. Shape your identity as you shape the city’s fate.
• Meet the team: Befriend and/or romance Victory League members—the guarded captain Stardust, the reformed Crow, the brilliant Illuse, or the buoyant Riptide who can breathe underwater.
• Social persona engine: Cultivate a persona that’s funny, intellectual, or trendy. Create content to rebrand the team—or to burnish their image at their expense.
• Shapeshifting if you choose to train: Develop your abilities and specialize in muscle, appearance, or internal modification to tailor your fighting and investigative style.
• Path choices: Fight and investigate the league’s nemesis, or betray your team and join their nemesis for a dramatic, high-stakes turn.
• Public influence: Schmooze key public figures—the polite yet skeptical mayor, the devoted fan-club president, or the gossip-loving top reporter. Earn their trust to gain exclusive information that uncovers secrets and helps unmask the nemesis.

Your decisions shape the story’s direction: win the city’s love or intimidate them into approval. Build alliances, romance or renegotiate loyalties, and decide how the team is perceived by fans, critics, and the media. And whatever you choose, remember to post about it—your feed is as much a weapon as your powers.
