GODBOX is a coding god-sim where you program life, grow your power by unlocking divine domains, and compete against rival deities. Help your devoted Folk survive as you harness their faith to fuel your divine ascension.

As a god, you script the behavior of every plant and creature under your domain. Design, evolve, and optimize your creations, balancing an intricate ecosystem to support your faith machine, while rival deities attempt to derail your ascent and claim dominion for themselves.

Core Mechanics

• Power Through Logic: A vast library of intuitive drag-and-drop coding blocks lets you program the behavior of flora, fauna, weather, and terrain in a procedurally generated world with diverse biomes. As your divine powers grow, new, more advanced blocks unlock, enabling deeper simulations, finer ecological control, and nuanced interactions to optimize your domain and faith engine.
• Programming Arms Race: Power attracts rival deities. Monitor their evolving creations, anticipate their strategies, and craft countermeasures to outmaneuver them. Rival code can disrupt your plans, spawn antagonistic creatures, or reshape resources, so you must adapt, optimize, and outpace the competition in a living, dynamic arena.
• Shape Your Ascension: Compete in a shared domain skill tree against AI rivals for domains such as Knowledge, Harvest, and Trickery. Each domain unlocks unique coding blocks, and every choice shapes the god you become—from scholarly strategist to cunning trickster or harvest-driven guardian.
• Dynamic World & Faith: The world responds to your decisions in real time. Your Folk reflect your governance, growth, and the environment you nurture. Harvest belief to fuel your ascent, while maintaining balanced ecosystems to sustain power and long-term influence.
