HEXSTORM: Tears of Arcadia is a roguelite tactical tower defense where you pilot the flying fortress Arcadia and build a unified combat network around it. This is not a fixed-path defense with passive waiting—your battlefield evolves with you. Build a Living Defense System

Two Mission Types, Two Combat Rhythms

Ground missions drop Arcadia onto the surface as you defend around the ship on a static arena rich with crystalline deposits. Air missions keep Arcadia aloft while the world scrolls beneath you. Resources drift by, and rare depot containers offer dramatic mid-battle opportunities to reshape your build. Both modes demand different pacing and decisions, but the rule remains: Arcadia must survive.

Dynamic Strategy Each Mission

Every mission builds a fresh strategy. In aerial operations you uncover depot bonuses and choose upgrades that can be immediate or stack to redefine your playstyle. You can specialize in:

Enemies demand priority: ramming attackers that detonate, circling long-range contingents, heavy armored units breaking the front, saboteurs crippling critical structures, and missile batteries that force constant perimeter vigilance. Progression Between Missions
